Thriving Health NP Care Clinic has now been open for over a year! Thanks to the support of the wonderful people of Sherwood Park and Alberta. Your commitment to the clinic has not gone unnoticed and we truly appreciate the enthusiasm, energy and effort people bring to improving their health and wellness. Personally, I love what I do and I always look forward to seeing people’s health improve as we work together for that common goal.

Lorena left Thriving Health in May as she and her husband moved back to Vancouver. She is thoroughly missed but we wish her all the best in BC. As of June 15th, we have Avery Whittal here as our new Administrator. Avery is a lovely person, bringing her own set of skills and abilities to the clinic.

If there are any concerns with booking through Jane, please call the clinic at 587-320-5858 during regular business hours or leave a message and Avery will call you at her earliest convenience to assist you.

We are an annual subscription model for patients, with some exceptions for walk in/episodic appointments. Please visit the ‘Services and Fees’ section of the website for further details.

Due to the success of our first year, we are also looking to further expand the clinic by taking on another Nurse Practitioner with the same holistic view of health provision as Carla. Our aim is for our new NP to start with us in August, working two days a week until her panel is full. Booking with the NP will start sometime in July.

In order to maintain the highest standards of holistic care for each and every patient, Carla’s priority will be to ensure that as the clinic grows, any new team members maintain a principle of high quality and effective care for everyone.
