Thriving Health NP Care Clinic is officially open. There will be some adjustments with any new enterprise, and Lorena and I appreciate any patience that comes our way as we change, streamline the process. If there are any concerns with booking through Jane or with Ava connect, please calll the clinic at 587-320-5858 during regular business hours or leave a message and Lorena will call you at her earliest convenience to assist you.

Changes have been made to the fees and payment options, with consideration occurring due to feedback. We will be moving to a annual subscription/ fee model for patients, with some exceptions for walk in/episodic appointments to build the patient panel. Please visit services and fees section of the website for the changes, as well as Jane- which will reflect these changes for booking purposes.

For returning patients to my care, please acquire the medical records as we have already established a therapeutic relationship, and I do not want to use any of future appointment time on history, etc (I will review prior to your appointment so we can hit the ground running). Please have those records sent via our SR fax number 1-855-610-2320. Thank you.

If you are a new patient, prior medical records are usually not needed. I get to know you through our appointments together. If there is something specific, I will let you know through the course of our interactions and will advise on how to proceed. Thank you.
