We coordinate timely referrals and lab/imaging requisitions, with clear and effective follow-up.
Appointment Duration
Most people require an one-hour appointment to address concerns- especially new patients or those with more than one concern. Please book according to your needs.
For example, if an appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes but the concern(s) disclosed require 60 minutes, the appointment will have to conclude at 30 minutes in consideration for the next patient. Thank you for understanding.
Follow-Up Care
The NP will call you regarding any results and follow up that requires a discussion. If an appointment time is needed due to clinic demands, Lorena (office assistant) will call you to arrange.

Pricing
Yearly Annual Fee Versus Pay Per Service
After a brief trial of pay per service, our customer base prefers pricing based on an Annual Fee/Retainer, Subscription. There will be limited services available that will remain cost per service- please visit Jane for those services.
The Annual Retainer is a cost that can be paid in monthly instalments or in one payment. Please see Jane or call the clinic to discuss options.
Thriving Health rewards our clientele for referrals. If a referral becomes a patient/ client, the referring person will receive 15% off their retainer.
Booking Requirements
Please book your appointment based on the length of time needed to address your concern(s) up to one hour. If you're unsure, feel free to call Thriving Health for guidance.
All appointments must include a stated concern, symptom, or condition when booking. Jane App and the Medical Office Assistant cannot complete bookings with vague or private reasons (e.g., “I prefer not to say”).
